One of my favorite things in the world is a delicious panini sandwich. I originally got the inspiration for this panini from one of my all time favorite restaurants in West Palm Beach called Pistache but unfortunately they took it off their menu. (They still have other delicious paninis, just not this one.) Since I can no longer get it at Pistache, I decided to make it at home. A panini isn’t a panini without it being pressed and since I do not have a panini maker so I just used my George Forman grill which worked perfectly. This gourmet panini is so easy to make and seriously tasty.
– Crusty french baguette
– Brie cheese
– Chicken breast, cooked (I cooked mine on the George Forman grill just before I pressed the panini)
– raspberry jam
*Cut the crusty bread in half, add the brie, jam, chicken and arugula and press it for about 1 minute, until the bread is crispy and golden brown.
